Appendix H: Letter from County to Senate Transportation Committee.

This letter and the almost identical letter to the Assembly Transportation Committee contain many false statements, which are rebutted in Appendix A. The actual legal text requested by the County to the Committees, omitting (if any) cover letter to the Committees, was FAXed back from the County's lobbyist, Michael Rattigan (due to my California Public Records Act request) and is essentially the same as respective portions of SB1233.
